If you are in doubt, go to Youtube and try some of these ab workouts.

Here’s a video of a young woman doing 10 minutes of non-stop ab work.

It is no wonder why she has killer abs.

The workout she demonstrates is more geared towards ab endurance.

I would recommend mixing this type of workout in with one aimed at maximum resistance, like using an ab wheel.

This will balance out the endurance work with hard quality contractions for maximum development.
