Here’s a video which discusses 10 nighttime habits to avoid when you are trying to get lean.

One thing discussed in the video is emotional eating from social media.

Avoid too much social media at night. People only show the highlights of their life on Instagram and Facebook and this has negative emotional consequences.

I recommend reading a book at night instead.

That will have a positive impact on your emotional wellbeing.

One thing to also limit is late night alcohol consumption.
