Simply strength training each muscle group 2-3 times per week will send a signal to your body to hold onto that muscle.

Strength training is especially important for women because it helps to increase bone density.

Here’s a 25-minute strength training workout that can be done at home with just 2 sets of dumbbells.

I think strength training performed circuit-style can work.

I do think more traditional strength training sets with rest periods are important for women as well in addition to circuit training.

When you only do circuit style training, you don’t get a chance to really focus on any individual muscle group.

Strength is compromised when rest periods are cut short.
