I heard about Bulletproof Coffee about 4-5 years ago, a bit before it became a household name.

I actually thought it tasted good and the caffeine woke me up.
I wasn’t sold, mainly because that one cup has 450+ calories. That is 1/4 of the daily calories for a lot of people.

I do realize that followers of the ketogenic diet love Bulletproof Coffee…
…but they aren’t doing themselves a favor by ingesting a meal’s worth of calories in 1 drink.
Intermittent fasting with black coffee is a MUCH better fat loss strategy.
