Here’s a 12-minute butt lifting workout you can easily do at home.

The only equipment you will need is a set of dumbells and Gymboss Interval Timer.

Ideally, you will do this workout 3-4 times per week.
This workout consists of 5 moves done for 30 seconds each round.
There is no rest until after the 5th exercise.
This workout only takes 12 minutes and will both tone and firm your butt as well as burn a decent amount of calories.
