I really like the plank exercise, because it is a way to build firm and flat abs without hurting the spine.

The problem is that standard planks can become too easy (and boring) after a while.

This is where plank circuits come in.

Here’s a video of a young woman performing an intense 7-minute plank circuit routine you can follow along with.

Circuit-style training is an intense form of exercise.

The benefit of intense exercise is it releases free fatty acids from fat cells into your bloodstream.

If you follow this intense exercise with slow cardio, you can easily burn a lot of this fat.

Here’s a chart from my cardio course which outlines this fat loss method.

If you simply do the body weight circuit, these fatty acids will get re-deposited back into your fat stores.

So go for a walk outside or on a treadmill, etc.

Make sure and follow ALL intense exercise with walking for 10-20 minutes.
