Managing and minimizing these hunger signals is what it takes to stick to a diet.

The most important point made in the video?
The “hunger hormone” Ghrelin comes in waves.
When it peaks you will be super hungry, but what happens is that the peak doesn’t stay high.
Don’t eat as soon as you feel hungry. If you can get through a short period of discomfort, ghrelin will dip down and you will no longer be hungry.
One thing not discussed in the video is using exercise as an appetite suppressant.
