Body fat set point is the theory that our bodies are at homeostasis with a certain range of body fat.
That is typically 12-15% body fat for men and 18-22% body fat for women.Click here to learn how to get ultra-lean by eating a high carb diet (opposite of keto).
This is normally the body fat percentage that active men and women are at in their early 20’s.
Here’s a video discussing body fat set point and the possibility of changing this set point.
As we get older body fat levels tend to rise.
What if we are older and we want to lower our set point levels to where we were in our early 20’s?
Many people don’t believe this is a possibility…
…but NEW research suggests this IS possible.
I have written a detailed article on how to do this:
I discuss how Micheal Cabanac, a researcher at Laval University in Canada, discovered a way to lower your set point without hunger.
I recommend following his advice to lose weight and keep it off.
As a former fitness coach to fashion models, I can teach you how to increase muscle definition without adding size.
