This exercise is band pull-aparts, but most people are doing these incorrectly.

You will doing high-quality reps and won’t do enough volume to break down muscle tissue.
This is simply done to slowly improve mobility and posture.
For lower body, I also have a super quick exercise routine that you can do daily if you want to improve the mind-to-muscle link in your glutes.
I also recommend doing the exercises in this post to “awaken” your glutes before doing any lower body training.
