There is one exercise you can do each day that will drastically improve your posture and upper body strength.

It only takes about 1-2 minutes each day, but you will notice major improvements quickly.

This exercise is band pull-aparts, but most people are doing these incorrectly.

Here’s a video explaining how to get the almost life-changing benefits of performing just one perfect set of band pull-aparts each and every day.

You will doing high-quality reps and won’t do enough volume to break down muscle tissue.

This is simply done to slowly improve mobility and posture.

For lower body, I also have a super quick exercise routine that you can do daily if you want to improve the mind-to-muscle link in your glutes.

How to Fix “Dead Butt” Syndrome
