Like most people, I prefer white rice to brown rice.

I have included brown rice in my diet in the past, but will probably just embrace white rice going forward.

One of the problems is that many sources claim that brown rice is healthy.

Here is a video explaining where the health myth of brown rice and why brown rice is a poor choice over white rice.

One of the big problems with brown rice is that the outer layer has polyunsaturated fat (PUFA) which cause hormonal imbalance.

White rice does not have that.

Asian populations have intuitively known this for a long time.

When eating carbs I highly recommend choosing white rice over brown.

I actually have switched from eating rice to focusing a bit more of my diet on potatoes.
