Here’s a video showing how to get a complete booty building workout done with only dumbbells.
The cool thing about this workout is that it can all be completed in the same area of the gym.
It’s hard to move around in a crowded gym, so this is ideal when it is extra busy.
[Tip] Before you start any workouts where you want to target your booty, make sure you do a few glute activation exercises.
