It is possible to get a flat belly from your home, but what people need to understand is that the “flatness” is largely determined by body fat percentage.

Getting to a low enough body fat percentage is achieved by eating fewer calories than you burn each day.

I do like the workout but disagree with his statement that this will help “burn the belly fat” and “burn those love handles”.
A strategic cardio workout is better when it comes to losing the fat that is covering the ab area.
