Here are some of the tips discussed.

Metabolism Boosting Juice – apple, lemon juice, ginger juice, agave, cayenne pepper

Apple Cider Vinegar Pills – Good for digestion, stabilizing insulin and other health benefits. The pills are just as beneficial as drinking it straight.

Work Up a Sweat – She uses an infrared sauna, but exercise or a regular sauna will get the job done.

Increase Water Intake – This will help you flush out the sodium that causes you to retain excess water.

Dry Brush Your Problem Areas – I’m not as familiar with this weight loss method, but it is explained in the video.
