What if you have more to lose?
Here’s a video which talks about a few factors in how likely you are to have loose skin after losing weight.
The main points in the video:
- If you are young, like in your early 20’s, it is likely that you won’t have loose skin even if you lose a large amount of weight.
- If you have only been overweight for a short period of time, then it is less likely that you will have loose skin.
- Excess loose skin can be taken care of through surgery.
If you do have a lot of weight to lose I recommend trying an all-potato diet.
Kevin Smith of the movie Clerks recently lost 26 pounds in 4 weeks using this approach.
