For men, in particular, the last part of the body that loses fat is on the lower abs.

Focusing all your efforts on a lower abs workout isn’t the key to losing fat on this part of your body.
So how do we lose this lower belly fat?

What a lot of people call “stubborn” is simply just body fat.
The fastest route to fat loss, in my opinion, is to do an HIIT style workout followed by 20-30 minutes of walking.
