Let Yourself be Skinny


A lot of women start a diet plan and workout strategy and begin losing weight, but then sabotage themselves.

This is a very common occurrence.

This negative pattern can repeat itself over and over if you don’t notice it happening.

Here’s a video of a woman who describes how she overcame the issue of self-sabotage and how she was finally able to get a skinny and beautiful body.

She suggests spending 15 minutes journaling about the question “can I let myself be skinny”.

Once you get the mental part down make sure you have a good plan of attack.
