The only time I don’t eat vegan is when visiting friends or relatives who haven’t prepared a special vegan dish.
So I guess I’d call myself 90% vegan.
I feel better than ever and despite my lower protein intake, I haven’t lost any muscle mass.

My reason for reducing meat consumption?
The leanest and most ripped person I know is a vegan Olympic Strength and Conditioning Coach in Iceland, Mark Kislich.
Mark is 44 and eats a high carb low-fat diet.
He trains the athletes he coaches to eat the same way as well.
I was so impressed with the results of his diet, I co-created a course with him.
We realize that the keto movement is at peak popularity, but feel Mark’s approach is much more effective for fat loss and overall health.
This diet plan can be followed whether you are vegan or not.
