One of these guys had taken a blood pressure medicine into clinical trials and he told me something I’ll never forget:
“Rusty, if you never ever become overweight or obese you will drastically reduce your chances of getting any major disease.”
He also told me that since so much of society is obese, this information will never be accepted.

This video also discusses that people now are trying to point out “benefits of being overweight”.
This is deadly advice and makes me angry.
There is no benefit to being overweight and I highly recommend losing excess fat as quickly as possible.
