Perhaps we aren’t meant to be constantly starving ourselves to get to lower and lower weights.

The set point theory is the idea that our weight is genetically predetermined.
…and that if we lose weight with diet our body will gain that weight back until we reach that set point.
NEW research is now suggesting we have the ability to lower our body weight set point with a specific way of eating.
