This video points out something I didn’t consider.
It looks like walking can reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.
My father is now 78.
He used to walk daily but stopped about 3 years ago.
Not only is his health declining rapidly, I feel he is having difficulty remembering things.
He also repeats the same stories at family events.
I believe if he would have kept up walking his health would be a lot better today and possibly he would be mentally sharper.
