I not going to lie, I’m pretty darn annoyed by the increasing popularity of deadlifts.

I don’t even believe they are that effective of an exercise.
Here’s a video of a guy who, like me, believes that deadlifts are overrated.
As far as aesthetics go, you absolutely do NOT need to deadlift.
I’m actually convinced that deadlifting has become popular because it is an ego thing.
You can put more plates on the deadlift than just about any other free weight exercise.
It is high risk for very little rewards.
Note: Based on how popular deadlifting is, I am guessing a lot of people will disagree with me. Oh well, I know I’m right!
