I don’t want to pass judgment on guys who are on TRT (testosterone replacement therapy). The reality is that they basically then get the same hormonal profiles as a 25-year-old.

In fact, most of the guys in the fitness industry around my age who look fit are on some type of hormonal replacement regimen.
