The 5-Minute Fat Burn Workout

This can be done in the morning right when you wake up, but really works any time you have 5 minutes to spare.

Here’s the list of exercises:

  • High Knees
  • Squat Jumps
  • Lunges to Jacks
  • Jump Ins with Kick
  • Sumo Squat Pops

Do each move for 50 seconds alternated with 10 seconds rest.

Works well!
