If I could go back in time I would have done an entirely different exercise routine 30 years ago.

I really need to try his variation of the lat pulldown!

That looks incredibly effective.

One thing I wish I would have known about in the beginning is a high tension technique for lifting weights for muscle definition… “High Voltage Lifting”.
