What is this superfood?
I still take a premium probiotic, but I must say adding a bite of sauerkraut before meals has been a game-changer for my digestion.

The problem with buying the good stuff is that it is spendy.
I bought a small container the other day for $9.
I’m actually thinking about making it.
Here are the ingredients for basic sauerkraut.
- 1 head of cabbage
- 2-3 Tbsp. sea salt
- Yep… that is it.
It does require pressing the cabbage to get brine, but super-cheap to make.

I should have my own brand of Sauerkraut.
Most guys named Rusty own dive bars or saloons in small towns.
It isn’t our fault… the name makes us want to do this.

I could have my own sauerkraut biz and charge quite a bit less than these sauerkraut pushers.
I could still keep a weird old saloon feel.
