Some of this depends upon what your goals are.

I’ve trained for a few decades now, so my goals are to maintain muscle while losing fat.

In the video, the doctor recommends lower amounts than you typically see discussed online.

I happen to agree with him in this regard.

If you eat too much protein it can make fat loss difficult.

High protein also can prematurely age the body.
