Front delts are easiest, followed by side delts, and then rear delts.

I always thought reverse flys were the most effective way to build up this area, but I was mistaken.

Here’s a video that shows a much better exercise to build your rear delts.

He demonstrates an exercise I’ve never seen before, but the most important takeaway is WHEN to train the read delts.

Instead of training on shoulder day…

You will be able to hit the rear delts harder if you train after your train your back.

If you want to perform a cardio routine that works your shoulders, I highly recommend following your shoulder workout with 15-20 minutes of jump rope.

This will also work your calves if that is as stubborn body part for you.
