As a tall person with really long legs, I have always had difficulty squatting as low as I should.

So next time you squat, warm up by putting a plate under your toes (not heels).
This will pre-stretch your ankles and calves.
Then when you remove this plate from the actual sets, your ankle mobility will drastically improve for deep squats.
One issue not discussed in this video is the firing of the glutes.
If your glutes don’t fire properly, you can’t build a firm butt.
