That being said, increasing core strength does add a level of density and definition above simply working on typical “six pack abs exercises”.
Here’s a video of some of the toughest core exercises I’ve ever seen.
Exercise caution on a few of these movements.
These are some pretty intense movements and if your spine isn’t aligned properly you can suffer a back injury.
[Tip] Use “Hollow Body Posture” when doing ab movements to protect your spine.
