Here’s a video of a doctor examining what the people with the longest life expectancy eat.
In the video he explains that most of these societies eat plenty of starches and vegetables, but lower amounts of fats and protein.
He’s not the only doctor who feels we should eat this way…
One of the top longevity researchers in the world, Dr. Valter Longo, recommends that we drastically lower protein intake to age better and live a longer life.
