This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it is something you will want to avoid if you are actively trying to build up your glute muscles.

Note: If you do have a bulky lower body, jogging is awesome. I actually coach fashion models to do this when they need to slim down for a runway show.

[Tip] If you have access to a StepMill machine, this is the piece of equipment I would recommend for fat loss as well as glute development.
