Sometimes you simply don’t have time for the gym or are traveling and want to get a workout in.

A lot of these routines can be performed in a small room (perfect for a hotel).
Here’s a video of a young woman performing a full body workout you can follow along with.
This looks easy at first but will feel quite intense towards the end.
The benefit of intense exercise is it releases free fatty acids from fat cells into your bloodstream.
If you follow this intense exercise with slow cardio, you can easily burn a lot of this fat.

If you simply do the body weight circuit, these fatty acids will get re-deposited back into your fat stores.
So go for a walk outside or on a treadmill, etc.
Make sure and follow ALL intense exercise with walking for 10-20 minutes.
