Fat loss is rarely a linear process.

Sticking points occur frequently.

…but sometimes you aren’t even experiencing a true fat loss sticking point.

You are losing fat, and are experiencing a thing many call the “Whoosh Effect.”

Here’s the hypothesis:

When you lose fat in a cell some of that fat is displaced by water (at first).

Then after enough fat is displaced by water…

That water is released.

This is just a hypothesis but makes a lot of sense based on fat loss patterns I’ve seen.

I discuss some signs to look for and how to possibly speed up the weight loss during a whoosh.

The scale sometimes doesn’t move for 2 weeks and then the following week can dip down by 4-5 pounds.
