Here’s a video outlining 7 simple rules to follow when you first begin using Intermittent Fasting to lose weight.
The first rule is probably the most important.
Rule 1: There is going to be an adaptation period.
Your hunger hormone ghrelin peaks daily at times you are accustomed to eating.
If you eat at 9:00 AM every morning, you WILL be hungry at that time.
So, really there is a period where you need to retrain your body to get used to eating later in the day.
Once you get that down, this way of eating is super easy.
