Daily Workouts for Quicker Fat Loss?

I realize that some people have insanely busy schedules.

…but if you can somehow manage to work out every day, I promise you will look dramatically better in 60-90 days.

I’m using the term “workout”, loosely.

Really any exercise where you at least come close to working up a sweat counts.

I actually like to get to the gym 6 days per week each Spring.

It may sound excessive, but I find myself sitting A LOT these days.

Right now I’m doing Visual Impact Frequency Training.

I’m working the entire body, each and EVERY workout session.

The lifting portion takes about 20-30 minutes… and I follow that up with 20-30 minutes of cardio.

Muscle definition increases at a rapid rate since each muscle group is being contracted every time you enter the gym.

What I like about this workout is that the entire body firms up quickly.

Fat loss accelerates from daily lifting and cardio.

Works well!

If you have some stubborn fat to lose and have the time, I highly recommend working out 6-7 days per week for a 60-90 day stretch.

Note: You may be thinking that hitting the same muscle groups each day results in overtraining.

Overtraining would be a risk… if the common “Blitz and Rest” workout model was used.

The Eastern Europeans discovered that repetition and daily practice beats intensity.

They don’t use the Western “blitz and rest” approach.

The workouts I do are brief and not super intense.

What I find is that strength and definition go up faster when coaxed rather than being forced.
