Most people have six pack abs, but they are hiding under a layer of fat.

Revealing your abs is more about losing this fat, than developing the muscles in your abdominal region.

I think a realistic goal for most people is 6-12 months.

How long it will take to get six abs depends on how much fat you have to lose, your age and your training experience.

While you are losing weight, I’d highly recommend a good six pack abs routine.
