How Men’s Perfect Body Types Have Changed Throughout History

The perfect male body type has changed throughout history.

What was considered ideal in the 1400s is different than what was ideal in the 1980s.

Here’s a video showing how standards have changed over the centuries when it comes to the male body.

I believe there is one male body type that rarely goes out of style.

To describe this physique?

I came up with the term “Yacht-Bod”.

(Both men and women can have a Yacht-Bod physique.)

My Men’s course and Women’s course focus on this body type.

A Yacht-Bod is fit, slim and sleek… and looks amazing in and out of clothes.

If a guy gets too obsessed with muscle mass he runs the risk of looking like another overly muscular dorky guy.

When women add too much muscle mass they can lose a bit of their feminine allure.

So lift weights and become strong…

Just make sure you do it in a way that improves your aesthetics.
