Intermittent fasting is a pretty straightforward way to lose weight, but are there any negative side effects?
I’ve used an intermittent fasting diet plan on and off for over 18 years now.
I have an easy time with it, but others may experience a few challenges.

One thing to watch out for?
You still need to create a calorie deficit to lose body fat.
So even if you go all day without eating, it is possible to go over in calories in your 1-2 bigger meals at night.
The people who don’t do as well using intermittent fasting for weight loss are people who are able to eat large amounts in a single sitting.
If this is you, I would exercise caution.
