A superset is basically when you do 2 different exercises back-to-back without rest in between these exercises.

You can choose two exercises that work opposing muscle groups, the same muscle group, or even 2 unrelated muscle groups.

Which style you choose depends upon your goal.
Here is a video of 8 extremely effective supersets you should try and work into your workout routine.
What I like about these is that you don’t have to move to a different part of the gym to perform them.
These are all done on the same piece of equipment.
I would recommend following up these supersets with strategic cardio.
[Tip] Short bursts of intense activity release free fatty acids into the bloodstream. If you follow these intense efforts with slow cardio, you can easily burn a lot of this fat.

If you simply do supersets, these fatty acids will get re-deposited back into your fat stores.
So make sure and follow all intense exercise with walking for 10-20 minutes.
