If you are considering a vegan diet, there are ways to set it up for maintenance or for weight loss.

The meals she shows look delicious.

But…

I would actually recommend lowering the fat while keeping the carbs just as high if rapid fat loss is a goal.

The leanest person I know is  44-year old Olympic Strength & Conditioning Coach in Iceland who eats a diet that is 80% carbs but only 7-10% fat.
