A water fast is simply going a period of time where you only drink water.
This means no food, coffee, alcohol, tea, vitamins, etc.

Here’s a short documentary about a man and woman going through a 7-day water fast.
What is interesting to me about this video, is that I figured they would have lost more weight.
That being said, they explained that their goal wasn’t weight loss.
