I usually picture a guy in his mid-20’s to mid-40’s who used to play football or was on the wrestling team in High School.
Here’s a video of a fit guy and a guy with a dad bod asking women which body type they prefer.
I actually think there is a third type of build that women find even more attractive than either build featured in this video.
To describe this physique?
I came up with the term “Yacht-Bod”.
(Both men and women can have a Yacht-Bod physique.)
A Yacht-Bod is fit, slim and sleek… and looks amazing in and out of clothes.
If a guy gets too obsessed with muscle mass he runs the risk of looking like another overly muscular dorky guy.
So lift weights…
Just don’t “dorkify” yourself in the process.
