I have typically done cardio in a fasted state because I feel it gets me lose fat at a faster rate than if I eat before my workouts.

One of the big takeaways is that if daily calorie intake is the same, it doesn’t matter if you do cardio fasted or after a meal.
Here’s why I still lean towards fasted cardio.
If you time your workouts properly, they can act as an appetite suppressant.
