These days in Hollywood, men are expected to look their best for the majority of big roles.
This is especially true in action movies, but even the male lead in romantic comedies is typically pretty lean.

When actors play superheroes they bulk up a bit but for romantic comedies, the guys maintain a sleek and slim defined look.
To describe this physique?
I came up with the term “Yacht-Bod”.
(Both men and women can have a Yacht-Bod physique.)
