In fact, becoming overly muscular can have the opposite effect.
Here’s a video asking young women on the street what male body type they are most attracted to.
This is a decent video, but there is another body type I believe women find more attractive than any of these 6 examples.
To describe this physique?
I came up with the term “Yacht-Bod”.
(Both men and women can have a Yacht-Bod physique.)
A Yacht-Bod is fit, slim and sleek… and looks amazing in and out of clothes.
(Same body type as men and women in James Bond movies.)
If a guy gets too obsessed with muscle mass he runs the risk of looking like another overly muscular dorky guy.
So lift weights…
Just don’t “dorkify” yourself in the process.
