Is the title of this article confusing?

I was trying to come up with an opposite to this common phrase:
“You can’t out-exercise a bad diet”.
I get the idea behind the saying.
But…
I think this phrase is thrown around too much.
I also think a lot of people use this as an excuse to skip exercise altogether.
Here’s another saying I believe is overused.
“Abs are made in the kitchen.”
What you eat is absolutely important, but part of me thinks these phrases are used as a way to minimize the importance of exercise.
Some people will do ANYTHING to avoid exercise.
Even if it means clinging to these phrases.
Being healthy requires both a good diet AND a healthy amount of exercise.
Exercise doesn’t always have to be a structured gym workout.

A good diet is crucial as well.

…I just believe that in general people need to MOVE way more than they do, regardless of diet.
The general population is eating poorly.
AND…
The general population is UNDER-Exercising.
Move whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Don’t justify inactivity with a couple of iffy phrases.
